eServices
eServices enable you to submit transactions electronically, using your
computer and a modem or an Internet connection.
eServices include the following:
eClaims
Service:A
modem or Internet access is required.
eVerifications
Service:The eVerifications service
includes the eVerifications insurance eligibility service and the
eVerifications claim status service. Internet access is required.
Automated
Statements Service:A
modem or Internet access is required.
SoftDent
Payment Manager:SoftDent Payment Manager
is a secure online resource that enables you to process and track
all types of payments. The chip-enabled credit card swipers work with
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club International
credit cards, as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and EMV technology.
Transactions are settled automatically within 24 hours.
ePayments
Secure:ePayments Secure is the
second version of the ePayments service and offers additional benefits
to your practice, including automatic settlement, a new credit card
chip reader, and additional security features. New ePayments
customers must use ePayments Secure. Existing ePayments users can
continue to use version 1 and do not need to upgrade.

CareCredit:A

Before installing the software, ensure that each computer in your network
meets the minimum system requirements.

on the Web from the Help menu in your software.
To access eServices from the software, select
Insurance > eServices.
The eServices window is displayed.
