The charting module contains these tabs: Overview, Restorative, Perio, Exams, Clinical Imaging, Treatment Planning, Notes, Labs, and Documents. By default the Overview tab is active when you open the charting module.
When you open a chart, a Watch Summary window is displayed if a watch is present. A blue circle around a tooth number indicates a normal watch, and a red circle indicates a critical watch.
To the right of the main work area of each tab are a series of toolbars. The toolbars and the buttons on each toolbar change, depending on which tab you have selected. The section below the chart is called the Clinical Detail Tab Container. It displays two tabs: Clinical History and Clinical Images, if you have the dental imaging software.
By default toolbars are displayed with titles. You can turn the titles off and on. To turn off toolbar titles: Right-click anywhere on a toolbar. A pop-up menu is displayed.
