To add an email recall template:
In Patient Bridge, click Communications.
Click Recalls.
Click Manage Templates.
Click Add Template.
From the Template Format drop-down list, select EMAIL.
In the Template Name field, enter a name for the new template.
In the Email Subject field, type the subject. This is the first thing your patients will see in their inbox.
Type your message in the Content field. If you want to include patient data, select the appropriate option from the Insert merge fields drop-down list.
Click Save.
