Viewing and Transmitting NEA Attachments

To view and transmit NEA attachments:

  1. From the Lists menu, select NEA > Attachments. The Electronic Attachments window is displayed, listing the attachments that have not yet been sent.

  2. Under Attachments to include, you can select which types of attachments to display in the list: Waiting to send, Completed, or Rejected.

  3. To view or edit an attachment, select it from the list and click Edit. Click Save or Cancel to return to the Electronic Attachments window.

  4. Click Transmit Attachments. The Electronic Attachments Transmission List window is displayed, listing all attachments with the Waiting to Send status.

  5. Select an attachment in the list to display the details in the bottom portion of the window: Insurance Company, Insured Party Information, and Claim Information.

  6. The Send column on the right defaults to Yes for all attachments. If there is an attachment you do not want to transmit, select that attachment and click Don’t Send. Use the following buttons as needed:

  8. Send All

  9. Don’t Send

  10. Don’t Send All

  1. Click Transmit. A process gauge is displayed, indicating that the transmission is occurring, and the NEA FastAttach software main window is displayed with a list of attachments to transmit.

  2. Click Send. The attachments are transmitted to the NEA website. When the transmission is complete, the status is changed to Complete, and a report preview is displayed with an NEA tracking number.

Viewing attachments on the NEA website

You can view the transmitted attachments on NEA website. Refer to your NEA documentation or support representative for instructions.
