NEA FastAttach Integration

Accessing NEA From the Insurance Claims Window

The following NEA features are displayed on the Insurance Claims window:

• NEA Status column

• Attachment filter  Select the status types to display in the list. The list updates automatically when the filter settings change.

• Create Attachment button  Available when the selected claim has a status of Blank, Required, Pending, or Ignored. Displays the Electronic Attachment window.

• Edit Attachment button  Available when the selected claim has a status of Not Sent, Rejected, or Completed. Displays the Electronic Attachment window.

• Transmit Attachments button  Launches the NEA FastAttach software.

• Update Payor List button  Updates the NEA Payor list file after displaying a confirmation message.

• These features are only visible if the NEA FastAttach software is installed and the integration is enabled.
