You can configure Practice Central to display the NEA Attachments Status section that reminds you if any claims require attachments, or if any claims have an outstanding attachment status of Pending, Not Sent or In Progress. Click the line items to open the Insurance Claims window to take action on any claims that need attachments.
List items display the Patient's first and last name and the status of the NEA attachment.
The section is only visible if the NEA Attachments Status option is selected on the Practice Central Preferences dialog.
To configure Practice Preferences to display the NEA Attachment Status section:
Select File > Preferences > Practice Central Preferences. The Practice Central Preferences window is displayed.
Under Practice Central Content, select the NEA Attachments Status option.
Click OK.
