Creating a Patient’s Clipboard

Record the patient’s contact and insurance information on the clipboard.

The clipboard is a part of each patient’s individual record, but it can refer to the clipboards of other patients. You can enter the name of a person that the patient lives with, such as a spouse or parent, or the party responsible for payment. Medical alerts and recall information can be entered into the clipboard as well.

You can use the buttons on the right side of the clipboard to link to other PracticeWorks features for the patient, such as Appointment History and Treatment Plans.
