To perform the following miscellaneous functions from any patient’s Clipboard, right-click on any white space and select the option from the menu.

Re-print last statement Select this option to reprint the most recently prepared statement for this account, without recalculating the amount due, due date, interest or late fee.

Prep and print new statement Select this option to prepare a statement for this account and recalculate the amount due and due date, adding any necessary interest or late fee.

Recalculate balance Select this option to recalculate the total account balance and the account aging by adding up all the transactions ever posted to this account.

Recalculate insurance Select this option to recalculate the Ins field in the aging grid in the Responsible Party section.

View audit log Select this option to view the Audit Log window for this patient, which displays any security events related to appointments, ledger transactions, treatment plans, and modification of the Clipboard. To view the Audit Log for this entire account, access the Ledger Card and click View audit log. For more information, see Viewing the Security Audit Log.

Active Select this option to inactivate or reactivate a Clipboard.

Edit person directly Select this option only if a technical support representative instructs you to do so.
