Dividing Balances by Producers

Divide balances by producers only if anyone in the practice is paid a percentage of collections for work performed. If you must divide starting A/R balances between producers, you must include all doctors and hygienists who perform any of the work that makes up the starting balance.

• You must divide these up correctly when you begin.
