Daily Deposit Detail Reporting

When you print the Daily Deposit Detail report, a bulk payment is displayed as a single line item.

The Reconciliation report explains the discrepancy between the ending A/R on the last reporting period and the beginning A/R for the current reporting period.

Example:Example:

Yesterday’s daily report has an ending A/R of 12,000.00, but today’s beginning A/R is 12,522.00.  The Reconciliation Report shows what was entered or removed, when it happened, what day was affected (DOS) and the patients involved.

When additional payments are added on subsequent days, the service dates are backdated to the date the bulk payment was originally entered. The amount of those additional payments is added to the A/R administrator's collection number on the A/R Recap report for the service date.
