What's New in OrthoTrac 12.4

Version 12.4 of OrthoTrac supports the PracticeGenius service. The Patient Rewards Hub, which enables practices to build custom reward programs for their patients, offers social media content, monthly contests and fulfills prizes on the practice's behalf.

Version 12.4 of the OrthoTrac software includes the following features and enhancements:

Auto PaymentsAuto Payments

Statements now display messages indicating whether an account is set up for auto payments. For more information, see Setting Up Auto Payments.
eFormseForms

The eForms module includes new functionality, including access to reports from the eForms menu. For more information, see Using the eForms Module, Using the HIPAA Button, and Accessing the eForms Module from OrthoTrac.
Automated StatementsAutomated Statements

The eServices Setup window now offers you a choice of providers for processing automated statements, as well as the ability to send statements online via e-mail if Carestream Dental is your selected clearinghouse. PracticeGeniusPracticeGenius

Recall ReportsRecall Reports
