Version 12.4 of OrthoTrac supports the PracticeGenius service. The Patient Rewards Hub, which enables practices to build custom reward programs for their patients, offers social media content, monthly contests and fulfills prizes on the practice's behalf.

Statements now display messages indicating whether an account is set up for auto payments. For more information, see Setting Up Auto Payments.

The eServices Setup window now offers you a choice of providers for processing automated statements, as well as the ability to send statements online via e-mail if Carestream Dental is your selected clearinghouse.
