Setting Up the OrthoTrac Automated Statements Service

The automated statement service can be used with a modem or an Internet connection.

To set up the automated statement service:

Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > eServices Setup from the menu bar. The eServices Setup window is displayed.
From the Automated Statement Provider drop-down list, select one of the following options:

1. Click Configure. The Otedi window is displayed, informing you that the registry has been successfully populated from the DEF file.
2. Click OK. The EDI Utility - Web Enabled File Transfer Settings window is displayed.
3. Confirm that the information in the Sign On Information section is correct.
4. Click OK.
ExpressBillExpressBill
1. Click Configure. The ExpressBill installation wizard is displayed.
2. Accept the default settings and click Next until the XComm window is displayed.
3. Click Configuration. The XComm configuration window is displayed.
4. Enter information in the available fieldsfields.
  - Type — Select Upload.
  - Location — Select the physical location of the ExpressBill, Inc. facility receiving your file transmission; leave the default setting as East unless otherwise instructed by ExpressBill or your eServices representative.
  - Mode — Select BBS for use with a dial-up modem; select FTP for use with an Internet connection.
  - Account Number — Enter the unique number assigned by ExpressBill.
  - File to Send — The path of the file is the same as the installed directory, C:\Programfiles\WebMD ExpressBill\XComm\.
    
    The file should be your account number and .zip (for example, 9999.zip). The File to Send field should read as the following: C:\Program files\WebMD Expressbill\XComm\9999.zip
  - User Name — Type the unique login assigned by ExpressBill, Inc. The name format varies, depending on the transmission method used. BBS users have a two-part name; FTP users have a one-part name.
  - Password — Enter the unique code assigned by ExpressBill, Inc.
5. Click Save Account and Exit to return to the XComm window. If you are using an FTP connection, the installation is complete.

Click Close.
