Accessing the eForms Module from OrthoTrac

You can access the eForms module from the main OrthoTrac menu, from the Zoomed View or View Day schedule windows, or from patient charting.

To access eForms from the main menu:

  1. From the main menu, select Functions > eForms.

  2. Select one of the following options:

  3. Review eFormsReview eFormsDisplay the status of all created forms.

  4. Send eFormsSend eFormsConnect to the server and transmit new forms based on your eForms criteria.

  5. Receive eFormsReceive eFormsConnect to the server and receive all completed forms.

  6. Configure eFormsConfigure eFormsAccess the eForms Configuration window.

  7. Create/Edit eForms TemplatesCreate/Edit eForms TemplatesAccess the eForms Template Configuration window.

  8. E-Mail SettingsE-Mail SettingsAccess the eForms E-Mail Settings window.

  9. eForms ReportingeForms ReportingAccess a complete list of eForms reports.

To access eForms from the schedule:

  1. From the main menu, select Functions > Schedule Appointment. The View Schedule window is displayed.

  2. Double-click the name of a doctor on the date the patient's appointment is scheduled. The Date window is displayed.

  3. Select one of the following options:

  4. Zoomed View

  5. View Day

  1. Right-click an appointment block. A context menu is displayed.

  2. Click eForms and select one of the following options:

  3. Review eFormsReview eFormsAccess eForms and review the status of created forms for the current patient.

  4. Send eForms NowSend eForms NowSend forms for an appointment on demand, rather than at the normal scheduled interval.

  5. Resend eFormsResend eFormsResend forms for an appointment on demand.

  6. Add/Remove eFormsAdd/Remove eFormsAccess the Edit eForms window to add or remove eForms associated with an appointment.

  7. Patient SettingsPatient SettingsAccess the eForms Patient Settings window.

To access eForms from the patient chart:

  1. From the patient's chart, select Functions > eForms.

  2. Select one of the following options:

  3. Review eFormsReview eFormsReview the status of created forms for the patient.

  4. Patient SettingsPatient SettingsAccess the Patient Settings window.
