Configuring Security for the eForms Module in OrthoTrac

To set up staff permissions for accessing the eForms module:

  1. From the main menu, select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > Security. The Security window is displayed.

  2. From the Profiles pane, select one of the following options:

  3. By Staff Type

  4. By Staff

  1. From the Category pane, select Other. The right pane displays a list of functions and permissions.

  2. Select eForms. A drop-down list is displayed.

  3. Select Yes.

  4. Click OK.
