Working with Reports > Creating Financial Reports
use this option to print coupon books for selected patients or for all patients with unprinted coupon books. You can also reprint coupon books for the original contract or for future payments.
To print a coupon book:
From the main menu, select Reports > Financial > Coupon Books. The Coupon Books window is displayed.
Select one of the following print options:
Print Selected coupon books
Print all Unprinted coupon books
Reprint coupon books
You can reprint coupon books for the original contract or for future payments.
Select one of the following options for the office mailing address:
Patient's Location
Select Location
The Select Location option enables you to choose a different office mailing address, and displays up to five lines of the address information for the selected office.
Click OK.
The coupon prints the number of lines that are configured to print in the Form Editor. For more information, see Using the Form Editor.
