The monthly daysheet reports summarize the information printed on the daily daysheet. The four monthly reports include:
The Monthly Summary report corresponds to the Totals Summary page of the daysheet. The report contains amounts for each of the daysheet categories, such as Contracts, Contract Charges, Charges, Charge Adjustments, Payments, Payment Adjustments, Write-Offs, Discounts, and Other Adjustments. The total for each category on the Monthly Summary report should match the amount for that category in the Month-to-Date Totals of the month’s final daysheet.
The amount for any category for a particular day on the Monthly Summary report should match the amount for that category in the Totals for This Daysheet section on each daily daysheet, provided only one day's transactions were posted to each daysheet.
The Monitor Recap report corresponds to the Daily Monitors page of the daysheet. The report prints the Daysheet Monitors page and the Procedure Monitors page.
The Monitor Recap-Daysheet Monitors report contains amounts for each of the daysheet monitors, such as Gross Production, Production Adjustments, Net Collections, and New Contracts. The total for each monitor on the Monitor Recap-Daysheet Monitors report should match the figure on the This Month line in the Daysheet Monitors section of the month’s final daysheet for each monitor.
The amount for any monitor for a particular day on the Monitor Recap-Daysheet Monitors report should match the amount for that monitor printed in the This Daysheet section on each daily daysheet, provided only one day’s transactions were posted to each daysheet.
The Monitor Recap-Procedure Monitors report prints in the same format as the Daysheet monitors with data for New Pt. Exams, Full Tx. Starts, Diagnostic Records, and Consultations reflecting how many procedures were posted each day in these categories.
The Deposit Recap report corresponds to the Deposit Slip page in the Daily Daysheet report. The report contains amounts for each of the payment types that appear on the Deposit Slip; for example, Cash, Pers. Ck, Ins. Ck, Mail-in Ck, and so on. The amount for any category for a particular date on the Deposit Recap report should match the amount for that category if you add up all the deposit slips for that month.
The Monthly Totals report corresponds to the Daily Totals page of the daysheet. The report contains amounts for each of the daysheet categories and related transaction types, such as:
Contracts—Contract and Monthly Fee
Payments—Cash, Pers. Ck, Credit Card, Misc. Pymt
Payment Adjustments—Payment Posting Error, Returned Check, Refund
Other Adjustments—NSF Charge, Late Charge Adjustment
The amount for any category on the Monthly Totals report should match the amount for that category if you add up all the Daily Totals pages for that month.
