Using the Fingerprint Button

• With the release of version 14.0 of the OrthoTrac software, the fingerprint scanner is no longer supported.

If you installed the fingerprint software and the fingerprint scanner is attached to your computer, the Fingerprint button is activated. Clicking the button enables you to capture the patient’s fingerprint and add it to the patient chart. See Using the Fingerprint Scanner for more information.
