Adding a Patient

When adding a patient, it is always a good practice to check that the patient is not already in the system by using the OrthoTrac Patient Lookup window.

If you did not find a patient name using the lookup window, you can add the patient from this window, using the Add New button. When adding a patient, you must include demographic information about the patient, as well as demographic and financial information for at least one responsible party.
