Using the Patient Chart > Using OrthoTrac Patient Lookup Window
This function allows you to remove patients from your system. Information concerning each removed patient is stored in the system and can be printed in a report. After you remove a patient, the software prints a copy of the patient and responsible party information.
Before you remove a patient:
Cancel all appointments and recalls for the patient to be removed.
Print and confirm all word processing letters for the patient to be removed.
Print all ledger history.
Print all treatment card history (if applicable).

Caution! Once you initiate the remove process, you cannot stop it.
