window is displayed.
Click

Set the following fields and options:
Language—Select a language.
Help language—Select a language.
Name of Practitioner—Click the ellipsis to browse. Fill in the practitioner’s name using the appropriate fields, or use the Last Name field for the practice name.
Station name—Enter a workstation name.
Department name—Enter the name of your department.
Institution name—Click + to select the name of your institution.
Practice Logo—Click on the image frame to browse the computer for an image file of your practice's logo. The logo appears on printed images.
