Setting General Preferences

To set general preferences:

  1. In the System icons, click . The Preferences window is displayed.

  2. Click .

  3. Set the following fields and options:

  4. Language—Select a language.

  5. Help language—Select a language.

  6. Name of Practitioner—Click the ellipsis to browse. Fill in the practitioner’s name using the appropriate fields, or use the Last Name field for the practice name.

  7. Station name—Enter a workstation name.

  8. Department name—Enter the name of your department.

  9. Institution name—Click + to select the name of your institution.

  10. Practice Logo—Click on the image frame to browse the computer for an image file of your practice's logo. The logo appears on printed images.

  1. Click Save.
