CJ718 powerboard failure |
Switch OFF and ON the unit. If the error persists, change the CJ718 powerboard. |
|
E20 |
HEATING_VOLTAGE_SYS |
Error in voltage measure of heating filament (no-load value different from 0) |
Disconnected or poorly connected generator when running the auto-calibration procedure. |
- Switch OFF and ON the unit. If the error persists, do the following: - Check the wiring and electrical contact points. - Change the defective wire. |
|
E21 |

Error in current for filament heating (no-load value different from 0) |
|||
E24 |
HEATING_CURRENT_LOW |
Too low current for filament heating |
Generator failure (X-ray tube heating filament circuit) |
- Switch OFF and ON the unit. If the error persists, do the following: - Do an Ohmmeter test (<1ohm) between the purple and blue generator wires. -Change the generator |
Commonly results from a broken X-ray tube filament |
Defective wiring (X-ray tube heating filament circuit) |
- Do an ohmmeter test between the blue and purple wires on CJ718 slot J2 - Change the defective components |
