Preventive Maintenance

We recommend that you carry out a general unit inspection after the first installation followed by annual inspections by an authorized service technician. If you find any faults during the inspections, see the Corrective Maintenance section for information on how to correct the faults.

Check that the following parts and functions of the unit are operating correctly:

X-ray generator.
Wall framework attachment.
The scissor arm is not worn out or damaged and is stable in all positions.
Control timer unit and electrical installation.
Beam and mAs.
No oil leaks.
Labels legibility.
No damage to cables and covers.
X-ray launch function.

IMPORTANT: We recommend that an annual electrical, mechanical and dosimetric inspection of the unit be carried out by an authorized service technician provided by your representative.

Do NOT operate the unit if you find that the entire unit is not functioning correctly.
