Working with the Appointment Scheduler
A template is a single-day configuration of time slots, with one or more appointment categories assigned to the time slots. Template scheduling groups appointment types into color-coded categories.
To use template scheduling for providers, you must create templates. Before creating templates, you must set up appointment categories. It is recommended that you attach appointment types to appointment categories before creating templates.
