Managing Your Practice > Working with the Appointment Scheduler > Working with Provider Templates
You can modify existing templates. If there are no appointments in the scheduler associated with a template, you can edit it.
To edit a template:
Select Scheduler > Setup Scheduler > Template Setup. The Appointment Template Search window is displayed.
Search for the template to change.
Click Edit. The Appointment Template Data Entry window is displayed.
Enter the changes to the template.
If you change the number of columns in the template, verify that there are no appointments in the columns that you delete.
Click Ok.
