The WinOMS eClaims service is an electronic billing module that enables you to electronically submit medical and dental insurance claims through ENVOY/ NEIC. The electronic claim service transmits claim submissions and reimbursements, and eliminates paper handling and postage.
The eClaims service information consists of basic practice information, as well as numbers and codes provided by Carestream Dental. If you are not currently an eClaims service subscriber, contact your Carestream Dental representative for more information.
To use the eClaims service, you must provide the following information in WinOMS software: electronic claim processing service information, provider information, and insurance plan information.
