Submitting Claims

When you process insurance plans that are designated for electronic billing, the claim is automatically placed in the electronic claim processing service insurance queue. Submit claims in the electronic claim processing service insurance queue as needed.

To create an electronic claims submission file:

  1. Select Billing > Insurance Processing > Create Electronic Claims Batch. The Electronic Claims Insurance Queue window is displayed.

  2. Click Create File. A Print window is displayed.

  3. Click Print, and a report prints. Reports include claims that transferred successfully, as well as claims that failed transmission.
