Running Pharmacy and Prescription Reports

Several reports that provide pharmacy and prescription information are available from the Reports menu. You can also run user-defined reports.

You can run the following pharmacy- and prescription-related reports:

• Alphabetical Drugs:Generates an alphabetical list of prescription drugs.

• Drugs By ID:Generates a list of prescription drugs sorted by identification number.

• Patient Prescriptions:Generates a list of prescription drugs issued during a specific date range.

• Alphabetical Pharmacies:Generates an alphabetical list of pharmacies.

• Pharmacies by ID:Generates a list of pharmacies sorted by identification number.

You can run the following prescription audit trail reports:

• Prescription Audit Trail By Date:Generates an audit trail report for every prescription issued within a specific date range.

• Prescription Audit Trail By User:Generates an audit trail report for every prescription drug entered by a specific user.

• Prescription Audit Trail By Patient Name:Generates an audit trail report for every prescription issued for a specific patient.

• Prescription Audit Trail By Doctor:Generates an audit trail report for every prescription issued by a specific provider.

• Prescription Audit Trail By Drug Name:Generates an audit trail report for every prescription issued for a specific drug.
