The Alphabetical Drugs report generates an alphabetical list of prescription drugs, displaying the drug ID, name, prescription name, and quantity.
To run the Alphabetical Drugs report:
Select Reports > RX/Pharmacies/Labs > Alphabetical Drugs. The Output Options window is displayed.
Select the output and click OK. The Prescription Report Setup window is displayed.
In the Prescription Names section, click the drop-down arrows in the First and Last fields to select prescription names from a list.
To include inactive drugs in the report, click the Include Inactive Drugs option.
To use color/shading in the report, select the Include Color/Shading option.
Click OK.
