Running the Patient Prescriptions Report

The Patient Prescriptions report generates a list of prescribed drugs according to their issue dates. The report includes the prescription ID, name, description, date issued, quantity, and refill number.

Sample Report

To run the Patient Prescriptions report:

  1. Select Reports > RX/Pharmacies/Labs > Patient Prescriptions. The Output Options window is displayed.

  2. Select the output and click OK. The Patient Prescriptions Report window is displayed.

  3. In the Prescription Dates section, click the drop-down arrows in the First and Last fields to select prescription dates from a calendar.

  4. To use color/shading in the report, select the Include Color/Shading option.

  5. Click OK.
