Running the Prescription Audit Trail By Doctor Report

The Prescription Audit Trail by Doctor report generates a list of every prescription issued, sorted by doctor.

Sample Report

To generate a list of prescription entries by the doctor who issued the prescription:

1. Select Reports > Audit Trail > Prescription Audit Trail > By Doctor. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output option and click OK. The Prescription Audit Trail By Doctor window is displayed.

3. Select the starting and ending doctor identification numbers from the drop-down lists.

4. Click OK.
