Running Prescription Audit Trail Reports

You can generate the Prescription Audit Trail reports by:

• Date

• User

• Patient name

• Doctor

• Drug name

The Prescription Audit Trail reports generate lists of the dates and times when prescriptions are issued.

The following information associated with each prescription is included in all reports:

• Date

• Time

• Name of the user who issued the prescription

• Patient identification number and name

• Issuing doctor identification number

• Issued drug

• Quantity issued

• Any refill

• These reports can be generated only if system security is enabled.
