Use the Print
Scheduler icon to print the current day view. When you select the
icon, the Print Preview window is displayed. Use the Print

Use the options to set the following printing parameters:
Pages to print (all, or range)
# of copies
Print in black and white?
Printing to (location or name of printer)
Orientation
Page Margins
Font Size
Time Unit Scale
Maximize page space?
Print Appointment Notes?
Include Header and Footer?
Include Day Notes
Select Print using system dialog if you want to set options from your Windows Print window before printing. Click Print to print the Scheduler.
The settings are saved by user.
