The Search field is located in the upper-right of the Scheduler, and in the upper-left of the appointment card.
You must type at least three characters into the field before results are returned. Search results matching the search field input include patient's name, nickname, address, phone numbers, birth date, or email address. If the patient has noted a preferred method of contact, that number is highlighted in bold italics. If an email address is present, you can click the link to begin an email to the patient.
Click on an item in the search results list to activate more information and choices for that patient:
Go to Patient
Next scheduled appointment
Show History, to see patient's appointment history for the past year
Book Recare
You can drag a patient from the search results list to the day view to make an appointment.
