The Online Statement Service sends a patient an e-mail containing practice information, a summary of statement amounts, and a link to a secure site where the patient can view the full statement.
Once logged in, the patient sees all of the information he typically sees on his paper statement. The patient can print the online statement so he can send a payment to your office, or if your office uses ePayments, he can make a credit card or ACH payment online.
After payments are made, a report is sent to your office the following day, listing which payments can be posted.
