Setting PracticeToGo Security Rights

Before a user of the PC SoftDent software can synchronize SoftDent data with a Palm organizer or the Microsoft Outlook software, he or she must have security rights set by the system administrator in the PC SoftDent software.

Using the security settings, the system administrator specifies which users can transfer SoftDent data, as well as the categories of information the user is allowed to transfer. The settings also determine which users can transfer SoftDent data from the Palm organizer or the Microsoft Outlook software back to the PC SoftDent software.

If a user has no PracticeToGo security rights assigned, he or she does not have the ability to transfer SoftDent data.

Delete the PracticeToGo Audit Trail
PracticeToGo can access end of day call backs
PracticeToGo can access office financial information
PracticeToGo can access provider schedules
PracticeToGo can access office reminders
PracticeToGo can access referring doctor information
PracticeToGo can access pharmacy information
PracticeToGo can access Rx information
PracticeToGo can access patient information
PracticeToGo Date Book commands active
PracticeToGo Address commands active
Change PracticeToGo system settings
PracticeToGo has access to practice information
PracticeToGo Memo commands active
