You can generate the Prescription Audit Trail reports by:
Date
User
Patient name
Doctor
Drug name
The Prescription Audit Trail reports generate lists of the dates and times when prescriptions are issued.
The following information associated with each prescription is included in all reports:
Date
Time
Name of the user who issued the prescription
Patient identification number and name
Issuing doctor identification number
Issued drug
Quantity issued
Any refill
These reports can be generated only if system security is enabled.
