Running the Prescription Audit Trail By User Report

The Prescription Audit Trail by User report generates a list of every prescription issued, sorted by user.

Sample Report

To generate a list of prescription entries by the user who issued the prescription:

1. Select Reports > Audit Trail > Prescription Audit Trail > By User. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output option and click OK. The Prescriptions Audit Trail By User window is displayed.

3. Type the starting and ending user names in the appropriate fields.

4. Click OK.
