Set up a login name and password for each person who uses your system
Control who has rights to perform various actions within the program
Specify to which parts of the program each user has access
Additionally, certain actions, such as modifying transactions, are recorded in a log by user identification number, enabling you to track when the action was performed and by whom.
When a user logs into the program, his or her user name is displayed in the Status bar at the bottom of the window. To fully take advantage of the program’s security features and to ensure audit trail report accuracy, users should always log in using their assigned name.
