Running the Prescription Audit Trail By Patient Name Report

The Prescription Audit Trail by Patient Name report generates a list of every prescription issued, sorted by patient name.

Sample Report

To generate a list of prescription entries by the patient for whom they were issued:

1. Select Reports > Audit Trail > Prescription Audit Trail > By Patient Name. The Output Options window is displayed.

2. Select the output option and click OK. The Prescription Audit Trail By Patient Name window is displayed.

3. Select the starting and ending patient names from the drop-down lists.

4. Click OK.
