Disabling PracticeToGo with the Palm OS Platform

When you disable PracticeToGo with the Palm OS platform, the SoftDent conduit is removed from the HotSync Manager, and SoftDent data is no longer transferred during the HotSync operation. You will need to perform a new integration before you can use SoftDent on your Palm organizer again.

To disable the PracticeToGo feature:

1. Select System > PracticeToGo > Disable PracticeToGo. A message window is displayed, asking you to confirm that you want to disable the SoftDent integration with the Palm OS platform.

2. Click Yes.

3. Disabling the SoftDent feature on the PC does not remove SoftDent data already on the Palm organizer. If you want to remove SoftDent data from the Palm organizer, select the Remove all PracticeToGo data on next sync option on the Misc. tab in the PracticeToGo User Preferences window and perform a HotSync before disabling PracticeToGo.
