Setting Up Providers

Adding Provider IDs

To add IDs:

  1. In the Add Provider window, click the ID’s tab.

  1. Enter information in the fields in the following sections:

  2. Provider IDs

  3. Medicaid IDs

  4. Insurance IDs

  1. Click OK.
