In the Perio chart, indicate that a pocket on tooth 4 now has a depth of 2.
To mark the depth of a pocket on a tooth:
In the Chart for window, click the Perio tab.
On the Perio Views toolbar, click New Perio Chart.
On the Probe toolbar, click Pocket Depth.
Click tooth #4, and type–or select from the keypad–2.
Click Close to exit the chart without saving the change.
Chart a periapical condition to tooth 5. Remove the periapical condition from tooth 5.
To chart and then remove a periapical condition on tooth 5:
On the Perio Conditions toolbar, click the Chart periapical condition button.
Select the root of the tooth you want it charted on, such as lingual or buccal.
Click it again to remove the condition.
