Transmitting Electronic Statements

To transmit a batch file of statements to the electronic clearinghouse:

1. Select Insurance > Electronic Services or click the Run eClaims/eStatements button.  The Electronic Services window is displayed.

2. Click Statements. A submenu is displayed.

3. Click Transmit. The Transmission window is displayed.

4. After the file is transmitted, the Reports List window is displayed.

5. Click PRINT ALL and exit electronic services.
