Schemes Tab
The Schemes tab displays a patient's NHS Number and Default exemption.
There is also an option to select a reason for No NHS Number if an NHS Number is not available.
The Schemes tab also includes the following fields:

You can have the patient sign a PR form and you can print the form from this tab.
