Creating a New Email Template for Bulk Messaging

To create an Email template for Bulk Messaging:

  1. In Patient Bridge, click Communications.

  2. Click Bulk Messaging.

  3. Click Template Manager.

  4. Click Add Bulk Template.

  5. Set the Template Format field to Email.

  6. In the Template Name field, give the template a recognisable name.

  7. In the Email Subject field, type the subject. This is the first thing your patients will see in their inbox.

  8. Type your message content. If you want to use patient data to populate the fields, click Insert data field and then click the fields.

  9. Click Save.
