Recover and Load

This utility rebuilds a damaged data file. Run this utility if you receive an Error Status 2 message in PracticeWorks; that indicates that the file has been damaged, and this utility might be able to fix it.

To perform a Recover and Load:

1. Click Recover and Load. A message is displayed, asking if you want to display the Btrieve version.

2. Select Yes or No. A pick list of files is displayed.

3. Select the file you want to recover.

• Only one file can be selected at a time.

4. Click OK.

5. Click Cancel.
