Monthly Plan Tracking Report

The Monthly Plan Tracking report helps you track production against assigned production goals, as well as the percentage of growth associated with planned vs. actual production. You can generate the report for specific date ranges, all producers, or a specific producer, and for gross or net production.

When you generate the report, the software uses the goal amounts currently entered into the Monthly Plan window, scheduled and completed production, and collections to date.

To enter monthly plan production goals:

 

  1. Select File > Preferences > Office monthly plan. The Monthly Plan window is displayed.

  2. Select the year for which you are entering planned amounts.

  3. Enter the planned production amounts for each month. If you want to track collections with the report, enter planned collections amounts.

  4. To distribute or assign monthly production amounts to specific producers, click Splits. The Producer Splits for Month window is displayed with the general office total entered for the month.

  5. Click Add. the Employee List is displayed.

  6. Select and double-click a producer to add. The Change Production Split window is displayed.

  7. Enter the percentage of planned production you are assigning to the selected producer, and click OK. The producer is added to the list, and the percentages and dollar amounts are adjusted. Use the Change and Remove buttons as needed to adjust the goals for selected producers.

  8. Continue to add producers and assign production until the split reflects your goals for the month.

  9. Click Save to close this window and enter or adjust goals for other months.

  10. From the Monthly Plan window, click Save to save the entered goals and continue working, or click Save and Close to exit the window. Click Cancel to exit without saving your changes.

To generate the Monthly Plan Tracking report:

  1. Select File > Print > Accounts and Receivables > Monthly plan tracking report. The Monthly Plan Tracking Report window is displayed.

  2. Enter a date range for the report. The default date range begins in the current month, one year ago.

  3. Select All to include the entire office, or Specific to generate the report for a selected producer. Collections data is not included when the report is for a specific producer.

  4. Select Gross Production or Net Production. (Net = Gross +/- adjustments.)

  5. Click OK. The Document Configuration window is displayed.
    Use this window to select a printer, Print to Printer, Print Preview, or select Advanced to configure and save printing options for this report.
