Defining Additional Criteria in the Automation Expert
When a response requires additional criteria, the AutoLink Additional Criteria window is displayed.
To define additional criteria, click Select next to the appropriate category.
Additional criteria includes the following categories:

Must Be At Least One of These Use this box to select criteria if one of the criteria needs to be met before the desired response happens. When one of the conditions is met, the desired response occurs.

Must be ALL of These Use this option if all of the criteria must be met before a response happens. If you want to create a Thank You for Referring letter at a patient’s first visit, select who was referred to us and who is visiting for the first time. Both of these criteria must be met for the letter to be created.

Can not be Any of These Use this box if you have criteria that should prevent a response from occurring. For example, to print mailing labels for all of your patients except those who are inactive, select who is inactive.
