ZIP Codes

The ZIP Codes function enables you to modify ZIP codes and add ZIP codes to the database.

Adding ZIP codes here enables the system to automatically populate the City and State fields when you enter a ZIP code while adding new patient information.

To access the ZIP Codes function:

1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > System Maintenance from the menu bar.

2. In the System Maintenance window, select the ZIP Codes option button.

The following functions are available from this window:

• Adding a ZIP Code

• Changing a ZIP Code

• Deleting a ZIP Code
