Adding a ZIP Code

To add ZIP codes to the software:

1. Select Functions > Maintenance/Set-up > System Maintenance from the menu bar. In the System Maintenance window, select the ZIP Codes option button.

2. In the System Maintenance — Zip Codes window, click Add or <Add>. A box is displayed where you can add the new ZIP code.

3. Type information in the available fields.

   • City — Type the city name.

   • State — Use the drop-down list to select a state.

   • Zip Code — Type the new zip code.

   • Country — Enter the name of your country.

4. Select OK to save your changes, or click Cancel to close without saving.
